Meet Elyse

Elyse Quast, Founder & CEO, is a Napa Valley native, born and raised in the heart of wine country, Yountville. With a family background in the hospitality industry, the love of Napa Valley and the passion for the wine industry was a driver from a young age. With her family’s natural love of wine, she began receiving the opportunity to try many of California’s and specifically Napa Valley’s best from a young age. She gained her undergraduate and subsequently her Master’s in Business Administration from William Woods University located just outside St. Louis, Missouri.

Elyse returned to Napa after completing her MBA and immediately reentered the world and craft of hospitality, where her roots and passion run deep. Elyse founded KAIROS Wine & Hospitality after working at Triple-Five Star Forbes property, Meadowood Napa Valley, in corporate and group events. During Elyse’s seven year plus tenure in marketing and founding KAIROS, she has utilized her years of experience ranging in hospitality, events and marketing for multiple wine labels, hotels, luxury spas and food & beverage throughout the Valley. With a deep knowledge of the wine and hospitality industry, enthusiasm for excellence and creative passion in sharing client’s stories, Elyse has built a strong foundation for KAIROS Wine & Hospitality Marketing.
