Elyse Quast, Founder, is a Napa Valley native. Born and raised in the heart of wine country, Yountville. As a second generation hospitality individual, the love of Napa Valley and the passion for the wine industry was a driver from a young age. With her family’s natural love of wine, she began receiving the opportunity to try many of California’s and specifically Napa Valley’s best from a young age. During Elyse’s decade in marketing and founding of KAIROS, she has utilized her years of experience ranging in hospitality, events and marketing for multiple wine labels, hotels, spas, food & beverage, and luxury consumer brands.
